TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sanwacraft (sanwacraft.com) operates under the registered business name of Sanwa (Canada) Trading Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Sanwacraft”). By making a purchase from Sanwacraft or sanwacraft.com you are in agreement to the below Terms and Conditions. Please also note that Sanwacraft reserves the rights to make update and modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.  We strongly advise you to review the Terms and Conditions each transaction you make with Sanwacraft.

Fulfillment & Shipping
Due to the current volatile environment, fulfillment and shipping fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Please do your due diligence to review your purchase closely before making a transaction. Please take into consideration that we price in a large portion of our shipping cost into our products. Should there be any delivery failures on the part of the purchaser, such as incorrect shipping address, and package is returned back to us, we reserve the right to charge for shipping to have it reshipped. We do our best to fulfill and ship your order as soon as possible. Our order processing time may take up to 3 – 5 business days after payment confirmation and depends on the volume we are dealing with. If you require a rush order, please contact us and we will arrange it. Extra charges may apply.

If you suspect that your order is missing in transit or if you received an item which was damaged during transit, please follow the following steps:

1) Contact us immediately

2) If relevant, document the damage (Take lots of pictures)

3) Contact the courier and acquire a ticket/claim number

We will do all that we can to rectify the situation. We will comply with whatever the courier requires from our customers in order to resolve such a case.

Domestic orders (within Canada) are subject to taxes implemented by the Province of which the order is shipping to.

International orders (outside Canada): Purchasers are responsible for the payment of any import duties, taxes, customs charges and other such fees associated with imports (these are not charges levied by Sanwacraft). If your package is returned because of an insufficient address, it was unclaimed or refusal to pay customs fees you will ONLY be reimbursed for the price of the merchandise and NOT the original shipping charges (assuming the items are not personalized/customized. Personalized/custom items are non-refundable).

*ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES MAY APPLY TO RURAL AREAS. We will notify you if this is the case. We will NOT ship order without your consent to do so in this case.

**To save on costs for our shoppers, some of our items do NOT come with tracking. If by chance your order does get lost, we will happily resend your order, however you will have to cover the shipping cost. In the case of a refund, we will refund your order amount MINUS the shipping charge. We encourage you to ask for tracking if you do not want to risk this happening.

Returns
We want to minimize the headache and uncertainty from the online shopping experience. If you are unsure about a certain product, we encourage you to contact us with your questions and concerns. We will try our best to assist you. If however, your purchase is still not to your satisfaction when it arrives and you want to refund please contact us immediately. You have up to 14 days from the date of the delivery confirmation to notify us and we will gladly assist you. Returns will only apply to non-custom, non-personalized items and items must be in their original condition and packaging. There will be NO refunds available for any custom and/or personalized items

Returns should be shipped back via a trackable method. For your protection, we suggest insuring returns in the case of damage or loss during the return shipping. Unfortunately, if an item is returned for reasons other than damage or seller error, shipping charges will NOT be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be processed once the product is received and its original condition is verified.

In these volatile and fluid times our website will be continuously updated to adapt to the ever changing regulations. As a result there may be pricing and typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to but not limited to product descriptions, pricing and availability. Sanwacraft reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to modify or update information at any time without prior notice (including after an order submission).

As with any photography, especially digital, there may be slight differences between the actual product and its digital picture. Additionally pictures will vary between each individual device monitor and its varying settings. We do try our best to show our products as accurate as possible. We encourage you to do your due diligence and Sanwacraft is not responsible for slight discrepancies between our pictures and the actual product. Again, please contact us if you are unsure of anything.

Sanwacraft utilizes many external suppliers, services and resources in order to provide a great curated shopping experience on our website. Because of this, we will have many hyperlinks or external links to other websites and resource sites in which the content Sanwacraft does not control. Should there be any concerns regarding to external links directed from our site, please directly contact the particular supplier, website or resource. It is also encouraged to bring such matters to our attention.
