Free standard shipping within USA

For Canada
Free shipping within Canada for purchases over $75
$9.99 for shipping within Canada for purchases under $75


Disclaimer
Due to the current volatile environment, fulfillment and shipping fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Please do your due diligence to review your purchase closely before making a transaction. Please take into consideration that we price in a large portion of our shipping cost into our products. Should there be any delivery failures on the part of the purchaser, such as incorrect shipping address, and package is returned back to us, we reserve the right to charge for shipping to have it reshipped. We do our best to fulfill and ship your order as soon as possible.

Order Process Time
Our order processing time may take up to 3 – 5 business days after payment confirmation and dependent on the volume we are dealing with. If you require a rush order, please contact us and we will arrange it. Extra charges may apply.


Missing / Damaged Items
If you suspect that your order is missing in transit or if you received an item which was damaged during transit, please follow the following steps:

  1. Contact us immediately
  2. If relevant, document the damage (Take lots of pictures)
  3. Contact the courier and acquire a ticket/claim number

We will do all that we can to rectify the situation. We will comply with whatever the courier requires from our customers in order to resolve such a case.


Tax & Duties
Orders within Canada
Subject to taxes implemented by the Province of which the order is shipping to.

USA & International orders
Purchasers are responsible for the payment of any import duties, taxes, customs charges and other such fees associated with imports (these are not charges levied by Sanwacraft). If your package is returned because of an insufficient address, it was unclaimed or refusal to pay customs fees you will ONLY be reimbursed for the price of the merchandise and NOT the original shipping charges (assuming the items are not personalized/customized. Personalized/custom items are non-refundable).

*ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES MAY APPLY TO RURAL AREAS. We will notify you if this is the case. We will NOT ship order without your consent to do so in this case.

**To save on costs for our shoppers, some of our items do NOT come with tracking. If by chance your order does get lost, we will happily resend your order, however you will have to cover the shipping cost. In the case of a refund, we will refund your order amount MINUS the shipping charge. We encourage you to ask for tracking if you do not want to risk this happening.
