Refund policy

You have up to 14 days from the date of the delivery confirmation to notify us for a refund of the product.
Shipping charges are non refundable.

Custom / Personalized Items
There will be NO refunds available for any custom and/or personalized items
Returns will only apply to non-custom, non-personalized items and items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Returns should be shipped back via a trackable method. For your protection, we suggest insuring returns in the case of damage or loss during the return shipping.
  • If an item is returned for reasons other than damage or seller error, shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Refunds will be processed once the product is received and its original condition is verified.
